What clients have said about working with Function Creations.
We wanted to build a new portico over our front entrance to replace the old, rotting one that had been there for years. After much searching for a contractor to do the work, we were pleased that Dave Middleton from Function Creations not only wanted to do the work but was able to do it shortly after we met with him. Finding receptive and prompt contractors is more difficult than it seems but Dave responded to my request right away and came to my house to quote the job shortly after our first contact.
Dave provided an itemized quote with a bottom line price that was very reasonable. During our visit at our home he was polite, professional and presentable. After meeting him, my wife and I decided to stop looking for contractors and accept his quote right away.
When Dave and the crew arrived, they got to work right away and worked quickly and tirelessly to get the old pergola removed and basic new structure erected. They worked long days with only short breaks. They were all very pleasant and would stop work and talk to me whenever I had a question. Having them around was not a problem at all.
Most importantly, the Function Creations guys were organized and tidy. At the end of each working day, they swept up and wiped down any dust they had created. They did no damage and left our home the way they found it. When the job was finished there was nothing left behind and you would never know they had been there.
Fortunately for us, Dave had an opening in his schedule which allowed him and his crew to start work soon after we had given him a small deposit to secure the work.
The end product was exactly what we wanted and the quality of materials and workmanship is above and beyond what we expected. The design is exactly as we had envisioned it and the fit and trim is as professional looking as it could be. It looks like it belongs on our house and we have received many compliments on it already.
We love our new portico and would recommend Function Creations to anyone who wants a quality contractor to do some work on their house. Give them a call. You won’t regret it.
